Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn Board Assembly Prototype Production unit is looking for a proactive, detail oriented, professional engineer, with a can-do attitude! As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Create, maintain and update production work  times
• Manage Board Assembly production performance
• Collect, analyze and review production processes
• Develop product requirements from  supply perspective
• Participate in Production verification processes
• Implement production layout proposals
• Production process support (ESS and EMS)
• Prepare reports upon request about BA production work efficiency
• Cooperate with other departments  for effective process implementation
• Secure business continuity plans and sustainability
To be successful in the role, you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Science
• Preferably earlier experience in Engineering
• Process development knowledge
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement change
• Cooperation, communication skills with negotiation and argumentation
• Good teamwork attitude
• Ability to take initiative and make technical decisions
• Problem solving behavior skills
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• English, Estonian and Russian
