Job Summary:

Radio PIM Estonia BI Technology organization is looking for an Agile Lead with can-do attitude and team-player mindset!

 

Responsibilities:

Guiding the teams and organization on the use of Agile practices and frameworks
Guiding the teams on how to self-manage
Assessing the Agile Maturity of the teams and organization and coaching them to higher levels of maturity
Removing impediments or guiding the teams on how to remove impediments
Building a trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame,
   retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on  problem solving
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owners, especially with respect to grooming and
  maintaining the product backlog
Collaborating with other agile leads to contribute to strategic OKRs and improve Agile WoW and practices
   in Radio PIM Estonia
 

To Succeed In This Role You Should Have:

Good understanding of Agile Mindset and experience working with multiple teams.

Very good understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
   continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Very good English language skills.
 

       Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):

Scrum Master certification
Previous experience as Scrum Master or Agile Lead
Project Management experience
Experience using JIRA and Hansof
