Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a part of an agile team working and deploying new digital capabilities that will help transform the end to end hiring journey across Ericsson. You will lead on designing and developing new ways of working and help drive the transformation needed to implement workflow and digital solutions that will positively impact our customers and realize significant business impact.

 

You will

  • Identify and drive new initiatives by collaborating with end users/customers to understand their needs and translate those into concrete actions
  • Interact with people leaders, local recruitment teams, hiring managers and employees across the globe to diagnose needs and facilitate change
  • Plan & execute activities to ensure adoption of new ways of working including building and implementing strategic and tactical communication plans to build awareness and desire among target groups and stakeholders
  • Develop an overarching global deployment and adoption approach and tactical implementation plans
  • Develop a common and compelling vision recognising and accommodating diverse regional and organisational needs
  • Deliver measurable transformation with demonstrable value and impact

You have a

  • Track record of delivering to talent acquisition strategies with pragmatic on the ground solutions that increase institution of desired change efforts
  • Good understanding and experience with delivering complex change methodologies, models, and tools and how to apply them
  • Ability to adapt your approach and communication style to fit different situations
  • Ability to establish yourself as a trusted and indispensable adviser
