About this opportunity

We are now looking for a ICT Program Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that strategies are completed, project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

 

What you will do

  • Strategize with the account and service delivery for a future-looking, business-building plan for the program / project

  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities

  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues

  • Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events

  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring

  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting

  • Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

 

 

You will bring

  • Education: graduate of any technical course, preferably IT or engineering

  • Demonstrated ability in leading programs and working with managers and higher for at least 10 years

  • Demonstrated ability: Cloud deployment and interoperability

  • Financial Competence & Analysis Skills

  • Business Understanding

  • Consultative Selling Skills

  • Customer and Market Insight

  • Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills

  • Project Management Skills

  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

  • Proficiency with the English Language, preferably Filipino-speaking as well

 

 

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Familiarity with Philippine ways-of-working for the different operators

  • Experience with cloud-related programs or projects with multiple tracks

  • Background as a Solution Architect is preferred with experience in cloud and multivendor interoperability engagements

  • PMI certifications - The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds

  • Project sales process

  • Contract management 

  • 3rd pp suppliers management experience
