HR Delivery Specialist - SuccessFactors Specialist

Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a HR Delivery Specialist (SuccessFactors Specialist) to perform HR tasks according to standard processes/procedures/work instructions. Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems to ensure data quality.
You will
- Manage Re-orgs, Back dates changes and mass uploads in SF
- SF management of STA and LTA (Global Assignments)
- Fair knowledge in HRMS for LTA and STA keying (Hiring, Extension, Promotion and Termination of expats)
- SF Projects
- Writing SF Work Instruction
- Handling Change management
- Managing freeze periods
- Preparing, and updating dashboard - PowerPoint
- Reports and MIS
- Managing Data Quality and Audits with RCAs
- Compliance and SOX management
- Good knowledge of Ticket and group mailbox management
- BCP Readiness
To be successful in the role you must have
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3 years+ SuccessFactors/HRMS knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Flexible with Schedule
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Stakeholder Management
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
