Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a HR Delivery Specialist (SuccessFactors Specialist) to perform HR tasks according to standard processes/procedures/work instructions. Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems to ensure data quality.

You will

  • Manage Re-orgs, Back dates changes and mass uploads in SF
  • SF management of STA and LTA (Global Assignments)
  • Fair knowledge in HRMS for LTA and STA keying (Hiring, Extension, Promotion and Termination of expats)
  • SF Projects
  • Writing SF Work Instruction
  • Handling Change management
  • Managing freeze periods
  • Preparing, and updating dashboard - PowerPoint
  • Reports and MIS
  • Managing Data Quality and Audits with RCAs
  • Compliance and SOX management
  • Good knowledge of Ticket and group mailbox management
  • BCP Readiness

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 3 years+ SuccessFactors/HRMS knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Flexible with Schedule
  • Knowledgeable in Excel
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
