Our Phenomenal Opportunity

Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Service Center is growing! We are looking for a Human Resources Delivery Manager to lead and build the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR transactional services within an agreed Service Management Framework. Define and ensure adherence to defined performance indicators and SLA’s. Customer focus with defined governance with the partners.


This role will

  • Implement change to Human Resources Services.
  • Maintain relations with customers.
  • Manage Shared Services Center financials and targets.
  • Manage projects for Operations and Service delivery excellence.


To be successful in the role

  • University degree in Bachelor of Human Resources or Business Management. Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in Shared Services area.
  • Deep understanding in HR Processes and Disciplines.
  • Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge is required.
  • In depth understanding and experience of Employee life cycle processes and transactions. With SAP HR or Success Factors background or experience as an End-User or Consultant.
  • Have a good project management and service delivery/operations management experience for Core HR processes.
  • Good partner management experience (all levels, especially with managers and up), with cross culture experience.
  • Able to read and work with data using excel and other data reporting and consolidation tools. Good with trends and performance analysis. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in business English both written and verbal.
  • Good with driving and leading initiatives/projects, with good understanding of change management.
  • Should have positive demeanor towards work.
