Our Phenomenal Opportunity

Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Inc is growing! We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to perform HR administrative tasks according to standard processes/procedures/work instructions. Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems to ensure data quality.


You will

  • Maintain all HR data in your scope.
  • Provide HR administrative services.
  • Provide functional system expertise.
  • Provide project support.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • End to end administration of Leadership Development programs.


To be successful in the role

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Master’s in science is advantage.
  • 1 year experience as HR Administration under Shared Service.
  • Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation knowledge is required.
  • Delivers results and meeting customer expectations.
  • You will also need excellent planning & organizational skills.
  • Can adept to HR processes and discipline knowledge.
  • Should have positive demeanour towards work.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Open to fresh graduate with relevant experience in their internship.
