Our Exciting Opportunity

The OM Administrator supports safeguards that the operational organization set-up in SuccessFactors-Employee Central (SF EC) reflects reality and that the units have the right relationships assigned in EC based on input from responsible stakeholders.

You will

  • Secures approval takes place when transfers of units/positions between different operational organizations occur
  • Checks and approves changes, based on decision by the responsible stakeholders, to be done in SF EC affecting the organization structure and headcount in the operational organization
  • Safeguards that positions within their geographical area are linked and not double linked
  • Performs the role of Restructure Specialist with utmost emphasis on accuracy and data quality
  • Ensures the accuracy of the Operational structure for Mass Restructures & Other Form requests
  • Assists in developing operational plans to make processes more efficient
  • Receives OM requests through:
  1. SF EC workflow
  2. HRCM Ticketing tool
  3. Mass Uploads PowerApps

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Operational Excellence – First Time Right
  • Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Cross cultural sensitivity for diverse customers
  • Able to prioritize work requests
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • MS Office (especially MS Outlook and MS Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology or other related courses.
  • 2+ years of HRMS or SuccessFactors experience

  1. Employee Central (Success Factors)
  2. HRCM Ticketing tool
  3. Eridoc
  4. SharePoint
  5. Organizational viewer (Operational)
