Our Opportunity

Ericsson Philippines is Growing! We are looking for a Solutions Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.



  • Be responsible for working with Account Teams on the list of potential activities and solutions

  • Manage and develop technical presentations, proposals and perform customer presentations

  • Should have Solid experience in Resource/Efforts estimations for any defined solution

  • Good experience in hardware and Software Dimensioning according to Solution requirements and working with Sales and commercial teams.

  • Support Delivery/deployment of the solution and guide the team for successful delivery

  • Interaction with Product unit to get the solution in line with customer demand.

  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis

  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing

  • Stay abreast on new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence enhancement

  • Take the lead as CSR in all proposals and drive the solution architects from E2E perspective in solution proposals and delivery

  • Support CFR for cost estimations


To be successful in the requirements are

  • Education: Bachelor or Master of Engineering

  • Minimum years of experience: 8+

  • Superb communication and presentation skills.

  • Area of expertise – 10 years with OSS (primary), Cloud, Orchestration, Service Assurance and secondary domain knowledge: RAN, PACO, CS CORE, Transport.

  • Hands-on Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or a Solution Architect.

  • Ericsson OSS Product Portfolio knowledge: ENM, ENIQ, OSSRC, SO EM, SON, Ericsson Orchestrator (EO), Dynamic Activation (EDA), Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI), EEA (Ericsson Expert Analytics)

  • Red Har Enterprise Linux(RHEL), IP Networking and Amazon Web Services(AWS) knowledge and certifications are preferable
