Business Analytics Specialist

Our Exciting Opportunity

To develop, maintain and manage master data related analysis reports, automation tools to support Ericsson Master Data Management (MDM) performance excellence, strategy focuses and the company Digital Transformation.

You will

• Analyze business needs, interact with stakeholders to develop master data visualization, BI reports and automation tools.
• Maintain and continuously improve tools/reports to support Master Data Management (MDM) performance excellence, strategy focuses and the company digital transformation.
• Drive Master Date tools/reports related activities; perform documentation, knowledge/best-practice sharing, trouble shooting, user support, etc.
• Study new tools/analytics technologies.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Relevant skill/experience in analytics, software programming & database development
• Business intelligence tool expertise such as but not limited to VBA Macro, SQL, Tableau, BODS, Power BI, Power Apps, Phyton etc.
• High interest and passion in data analysis and automation development
• Structured, creative, result oriented with good coordination, problem solving and logical thinking skills
•  With strong self-learning and researching ability
• Can work under high pressure with minimum supervision
• University Graduate on Computer Science or similar

Additional Requirements:

• Effective communication in a multi-cultural, cross organizational environment with different levels.
• SAP Master Data Management experience with good business understanding.
• Knowledge/experience of new technologies in analytics, etc.
• Domain Experience: SAP Hana, MS Azure, Informatica, RPA is a plus
