Solution Architect

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.

What you will do

• Be responsible for scope, defining, and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Vast experience in RAN optimization activities not limited to E2E RAN performance optimization layering traffic steering strategy, spectrum efficiency improvement, or any activities that could improve customer's network to the next level.
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
• Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations. Support deployment of the solution, provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing. Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build

You will bring

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or at least 15 years above experience in Optimisation, planning experience will be a plus point
• Minimum Years of experience: 10 years above in the Solution Architect field
• Demonstrated ability: area of expertise – RAN E2E especially in protocol troubleshooting, RAN optimization
• familiar with RAN E2E from RAN till core and specialize in RAN problems solving by tracing and familiar with 3GPP. A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design
