About this opportunity!

We are now looking for a People Business Partner to drive our People Story securing a positive people experience that makes it easy for us to focus on our business and our customers. In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies - that provide us with the visibility and transparency to understand how we make people related decisions. You will also implement actions and behaviours to empower everyone to perform at their very best.

What you will do

  • Lead and implement the people Strategy for the function
  • Influence business direction through People analytics, strategic planning and advice
  • Be a people practices champion: Encourage growth and career advancement among our Talents, Foster a strong performance culture through clear expectations, Influence diversity standard methodologies & inclusion programs, Manage pay and recognition related matters
  • Work closely with country people team and subject matter experts as well as global teams to co-create winning solutions
  • Guide leaders in adhering to our values, purpose and philosophies for a positive employee experience
  • Inspire change and innovation

You will bring

  • Knowledge of People (HR) Processes & Disciplines
  • Knowledge of People SME Areas, Labor Relations, Laws & Legislation
  • Broad understanding of diversity standard methodologies & inclusion programs, & its creation of greater business value
  • Coaching & Mentoring Skills
  • Have a proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders
  • experience of People management
  • Able to collaborate across teams and geographies to implement people programs and evaluate success
