About this opportunity

 

We are now looking for a Domain Sales Manager based in Sri Lanka to drive RAN and Transport domain sales by supporting the KAM organization with business development and domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) in a specific engagement.

 

What you will do

  • Influence customers on RAN & Transport network vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in crafting customer visions, strategies & requirements
  • Deliver customer value, provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business
  • Identify business opportunities, and identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
  • Support to drive opportunities for deals, conduct in-depth business-focused discussions with the customer
  • Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up

 

You will bring

  • Education: University degree in Engineering, Master’s degree / MBA would be an advantageous or equivalent working experience. Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Good experience in customer interfacing, understanding customer business, and sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability: RAN, transport and should understand the overall end-to-end network. Experienced in handling customers at the CXO level.
  • A very active excellent teammate can work with a diversified team. Experience in leading team: able to manage a team locally/virtually
  • Change management and transformation skills. Portfolio expertise in the area of responsibility. Customer Insight, commercial understanding, superb communication, and selling skills
