DNB Regional Manager - North/South

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a DNB Regional Manager, to be fully accountable for the Service Assurance functions for the contract. This role will work within the scope of the contract and effectively take ownership for reactive, preventative & predictive maintenance of the Service. It is a customer-facing role and will also be a key interface towards the Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDU) to secure the Operational Performance.

 

What you will do

  • Manage and accountable of the following in the respective region:

  • Acceptance testing for new site introductions.

  • Site Surveys for new site introduction.

  • Supporting and handling sub contractor /3PP works.

  • Maintenance of spare parts in coordination with SPMS team.

  • SPOC for site hardware performance issues.

  • Perform quality checks and regular maintenance to ensure site safety as per Occupational Health and safety laws.

  • Support other teams within the organization eg MS Ops, Roll Out and Vendors.

  • Produce reports in terms of contracted KPI’s eg mean time to repair.

  • Maintain relationships with site building owners or landlords.

  • Handle plans for implementation of change request from equipment supplier (e.g. software updates, patches).

  • Bring up problem to vendor when necessary in accordance with time frame within Managed Services contract, and within guideline provided by vendor.

  • Follow up on fault called out on vendor until closure of the case.

  • Trouble Report Handling

  • Change Request Handling

  • Work Order Handling

  • Produce relevant report for Network Incidences/Outages.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine activities such as, health check etc on regular basis.

  • This role could be based in Northern or Southern Malaysia

 

You will bring

  • Education: Degree in Telco

  • Proven experience leading by example, working collaboratively and dynamically across the business, with our customers, partners and suppliers in removing complexity,

  • Solid customer management, understanding their perspective and being able to empathize with their business situation and needs

  • Passions for innovation, be curious by questioning ways of working that make things difficult; trial new ways of doing things; fail fast and learn quickly

  • Data smarter to enable predictive analytics, create value and business outcomes by proactively managing our customers networks

  • Experience in Automation as is a strategic necessity, take ownership to deliver services that our customers value and will promote
