At Solution Area Enterprise Systems within Ericsson’s Group IT, we run IT like a business which means focusing on the value we deliver; on top of costs we generate. We make the step from consuming technology to actively identify, nurture, and develop new technology – but only that which deliver value to our customers!

 

We are accountable for management and transformation of End-to-End business process in the flow dimension covering Sales, Marketing, Supply, Sourcing Finance, HR, Resource Management, R&D etc. The application landscape spans across PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), ERP, SCM, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), HRMS etc to deliver Digital Ericsson.

 

We are looking for a Strategic Product Manager who wants to be part of leading Ericsson digital transformation and transforming the IT landscape! You will strategically own parts of the new 3DExperience (ENOVIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD) PLM solution, develop it based on business needs and drive together with internal business and R&D, initiatives within the PLM area.

In this role; you will direct be assigned Products and/or Portfolio(s), Solutions, systems, services and 3rd party products during the different phases of the Products/Services Life Cycle, meeting Ericsson internal needs and securing business value.

 

You will lead the Product Lifecycle in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks and in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan.

You enjoy working between business, IT and suppliers.

 

The solution you own is cross-functional and highly coordinated in Ericsson’s core systems. The goal is to automate, digitize and simplify the business processes by building intuitive and modern tool(s).

 

You will

  • Define portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • Support the development of domain target architecture
  • Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
  • Manage and drive core team
  • Run portfolio competence and business readiness

 

In this role you will report to Head of IT Portfolio.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Domain experience: Domain Architect or IT/Solution architect with minimum 5+ years of 3DS Experience with focus on Enovia / Matrix one
  • Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
  • Experience of delivering above-stated responsibilities within a global set-up
  • Genuine interest in/Knowledge of Business management
  • Knowledge of assigned products and the business environment in which they exist (business models and players)
  • IT processes, tools and infrastructure
  • Financial acumen and skills
  • Business modeling skills
  • Agile mentality and ways of working
  • Work Experience from global IT Change Programs
