Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Digital Forensic Investigator to manage security investigations and incidents, identify new threats and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvements. In the event of failure in protection ensure that failures are; logged, appropriately managed and investigated in a fair data driven unbiased manner, and Improvement opportunities identified and implemented.

You will:

  • Leading, managing and performing complex security investigations according to the standards needed to meet internal and external requirements on the investigative process.
  • Technical proficiency in Windows/Mac operating system, various disk file systems (NTFS, ext2/3/4, HFS+, and/or APFS file systems), advanced memory forensics, static and dynamic malware analysis, reverse engineering from internal and external threats, advanced mobile device forensics, and experience in industry computer forensic tools.
  • Provide input to security strategy development and target setting-based specialist knowledge and intelligence analysis
  • Support internal legal department and interact with outside counsel in providing relevant electronic evidence in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and other litigation matters.
  • Utilize experience and knowledge of advanced computer technologies, encryption schemes, and forensic practices to acquire and conduct analysis of submitted digital evidence.
  • Examine and analyze digital evidence to render conclusions, form opinions, and produce reports using a full range of electronic search methods and forensic examination techniques.
  • Provide deposition support and data for local judicial proceedings, with a focus on the ability to explain scientific conclusions and practices from forensic examinations to persons without professional or specialized knowledge.
  • Investigate insider threats, data privacy, cyber, and digital fraud, corruption and violations of code of business ethics events and incidents.
  • Threat intelligence correlation to reveal and enrich understanding of threat vectors, attack processes, fraud actors, and malicious cyber behavior.
  • Document examination results and findings

Personal traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related business area
  • Profound knowledge and experience (5+ years) within ICT (Information Computer Technology)
  • Certification or experience as a Digital Forensics Investigator/Examiner (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience leading and performing complex corporate investigations
  • Certification or experience as a Information Systems Security Professional or meet qualifications to become certified
  • Domain experience: IT Forensics, Security Investigations, Investigation Management, Incident Management
  • Interviewing skills
  • High integrity and professional ethics
  • Good presentation and report writing skills
  • Business understanding
  • Excellent Swedish and English skills, verbal and written
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Persistent and analytical
  • Digital Forensic certifications are meriting
  • Ability to travel internationally
