Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Relativity Certified Administrator who is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Relativity infrastructure operations. Maintaining and supporting network storage, Digital Forensics infrastructure, and tools across all Digital Forensics sites, ensuring a first-class service is delivered. The Relativity Certified Administrator, placed in Kista, Sweden or in Plano, United States, is also responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance and life-cycle management of all local relativity platforms infrastructure that enables the delivery of cost effective & reliable solutions across all sites.

The candidate should have:

  • Worked as a relativity Infrastructure Specialist and/or Relativity Certified Administrator is merit
  • Knowledge of Support Relativity software, with the ability to triage application to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and support user base
  • In-depth knowledge of Relativity application API’s and custom agents
  • Develop and perform user training in Relativity
  • Experience in create and editing documentation of internal processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in administrative Relativity functions (e.g., user creation, database setup, and importing/exporting)
  • Experience in execute project-specific tasks in Relativity, Intel, and Lighthouse proprietary tools at direction of senior team members
  • End to end eDiscovery process experience, including the skills to consult with clients on each stage of the EDRM life cycle.
  • Ability to advising our legal teams on technical concepts in an easy to understand manner and present findings through concise, forensically accurate reports and data visualization
  • Experience in coordinating with Client IT teams and other vendors.
  • Data processing experience using Nuix, Relativity or other equivalent tools, and experience in using Relativity as an administrator.
  • Ability to work nonstandard business hours for support and troubleshooting when required.

Additional highly desirable skills and Experience for post-holder:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of other eDiscovery applications is meriting
  • SQL knowledge, Scripting language experience, particularly SQL, Python, VBA or C# (beneficial)
  • Ability to presenting information of a complex technical nature to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of project work and methodologies ideally gained through involvement in complex high-profile projects
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written is a must. Swedish skills are meriting

  • An ability to take an evidence-based approach to problems and developments, gather data and demonstrate how proposed solutions will provide optimal outcomes
