We develop 5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CDMA Network solutions for operators all over the world.
Radio Products Sweden 1 is part of the Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio, within Development Unit Networks. We work with the newest technology within telecommunication development. The work offers many opportunities in an everyday learning, creative and exciting atmosphere! Kista, Stockholm, is our base, but the world is our arena.
We are looking for a Radio Software Developer & Scrum Master to contribute to Ericsson’s 5G successes!
The team systemizes, craft and test the software on the Radio Units and take joint responsibility for all team tasks. We are working with product development in C++ and the functional testing is done in Java.
What you will do
- Be team’s agile coach and facilitate the team’s agile practices such as daily standup, planning, refinements, demo, retrospective
- Drive improvements in practices and behaviors of self-organized and high performing software development team
- Collaborate closely with Radio SW OPO and other Scrum Masters
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and remove team impediments
- Mentor and coach team members during day-to-day work
- Work in a cross-functional team with responsibility from pre-study to release and customer acceptance for new functionality
- SW development in C++ in a complex system architecture with SW and HW components
You will bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Wireless Communication or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest and knowledge in agile and lean software development methodologies
- Experience in leading a software development team in an agile environment
- At least 3 years of overall experience in SW development and architecture, preferable in Radio SW
- Competence and experience in programming using object-oriented languages C++ and Java
- Knowledge of embedded and/or real-time software
- Understanding of continuous integration, test, product integration and troubleshooting skills in the radio domain
- Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle management
- Scrum Master Certification
