ICT Security Analyst PLM

About this opportunity

We are now looking for an ICT security analyst to the PLM DevOps [NB1] team. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is essential in most of Ericsson’s business flows. PLM enables product information creation and usage during Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Delivery and Support and includes people, ways of working, business capabilities, applications, data and technology.

Business Area Networks (BNEW) has been given the corporate responsibility for Development, Delivery and Operation of Ericsson’s PLM system which includes the digital transformation of the PLM solution. We are now establishing the organization that will enable this PLM transformation.

Our Exciting Opportunity

As a security expert within the PLM organization, you will be responsible to ensure we follow Ericsson security standards, which is a standard based on industry standards, with our adaptations and extensions. You will continuously analyze PLM adherence to standards and determent whether our interpretation balance the security requirements and ease of accessibility. You will formulate and drive constant adaptations.

You will

  • Work in our Multi system landscape and together with our PLM architects, Ericsson IT department and business end users find an optimal balance between security and usability accessibility
  • Assume ownership of IT Security strategy and roadmap
  • Perform IT security monitoring and testing
  • Contribute to internal and external IT security assessments or audits
  • Run IT security incidents in accordance with agreed and established process
  • Establish and leverage interfaces to relevant internal or external functions and expert
  • Participate in our development projects to guide and drive security aspects.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: BA or MS degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of IT security.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience of IT security within Ericsson
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts, applying expertise and technology
  • Experience of Nessus scan, penetration testing and other hands-on security activities
