As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.


Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Manager at Strategy and Innovation, Networks Supply Chain Management!


What you will do


At Supply Chain Management (SCM), our responsibilities are to proactively develop and maintain efficient, sustainable and resilient supply chains to fulfill our customer needs. Strategy and Innovation is a team of sharp minds who are primarily responsible for the continuous creation and execution of our Supply Strategy. As such we are in the center of creating and developing our future and greatly impacting our ability to continually perform to imagine possible.

  • Lead/Co-Drive one or more strategic projects
  • Present insights, conclusions and recommendations to Ericsson leaders
  • Challenge status quo based on facts and logical reasoning
  • Manage and report on key activities by engaging people in different parts of the organization
  • Balance multiple tasks in parallel


You will bring

In addition, we believe you have:


  • BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, MBA degree or equivalent
  • Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
  • Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
  • Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
  • Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
  • Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
