As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.


Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Manager & Change Lead at Group Supply!


What you will do


Our Supply organization is responsible for the entire global supply chain in Ericsson, including supply chain design and orchestration of our production and logistics network, demand and supply planning, customer order fulfillment and supplier management. We are going through a supply chain transformation using digital technologies as enablers to make major breakthroughs to boost customer centricity, cash efficiency and improved productivity and resilience.

You will be working with the end-to-end value chain as well as making deep dives in selected areas, facing exciting challenges to make you develop in becoming a leader! In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

You will bring


Your personal qualities are important for us, and we believe you are curious, innovative and collaborative. You have a motivation and interest in working in the Supply area, ideally with some relevant experience in supply and change management.


In addition, we believe you have:


  • BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally
  • Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
  • Desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Solid leadership and communication skills and proficiency in English
