Our Exciting Opportunity

Our Supply organization is responsible for the entire global supply chain in Ericsson, including supply chain design and orchestration of our production and logistics network, demand and supply planning, customer order fulfillment and supplier management. We are going through a supply chain transformation using digital technologies as enablers to make major breakthroughs to boost customer centricity, cash efficiency and improved productivity and resilience.

You will

  • Perform high quality analysis and present insights, conclusions and recommendations
  • Challenge status quo based on facts and logical reasoning and provide fresh new ideas
  • Ensure that the project, assignment or use case delivers a result unlocking value and delivering business impact
  • Be a catalyst for change and improvement engaging with people in different parts of the organization
  • Be a digital enthusiast

 

In this role you will report to Head of System Architecture and EGMS.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Supply
  • Experience in change management
  • Motivation and interest in working in the Supply area
  • Interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and “in an unexpected way”. Other aspects that are meaningful are self- esteem, self-awareness, social ability, and an interest and potential in leading other people
  • A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally
  • Desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Solid leadership and communication skills and proficient in English and possibly one other language
