Group IT SA Automation & AI has end-to-end capabilities in Automation & AI, from strategy development and opportunity identification to delivery and operations, while driving continuous innovation and the introduction of new technology and tools to the platform. Together with SA Data and Analytics, Group IT covers what we refer to as “triple A” end-to-end. Our work environment is dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative.


We are now looking for a new talent to join our Business Operations & Value realization team drive our vision to radically transform Ericsson through Automation & AI.


The team supports the SA and its Leadership Team in the areas of:


  • Operational and Financial Performance Management & development
  • IT Portfolio Management and Governance
  • Partner and Communications Material
  • Organizational Development
  • Demand and Resource Management
  • and many other things that pop up in this ever-evolving technology area!

You need to have the ability to handle data and numbers, analyze and present them in a clear way that enables fact-based decision-making. You will

  • Drive cross-functional development initiatives and processes e.g. planning, performance reviews, steering, etc.
  • Drive internal development projects to improve the business operations unit and its support to the SA, e.g. review tooling support, develop internal processes, build structures in MS Teams or Eridoc (for documentation)
  • Directly support the Leadership team with analysis, presentation, materials, etc.
  • Create presentation material on strategic topics for internal and external use


Please note Solution Area Automation & AI is rapidly growing and evolving and therefore the roles and responsibilities might change over time depending on the needs of the SA as well as your profile.


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Strong organizational skills and approach
  • Project management skills
  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Governance, process, or ways of working development
  • Partner leadership skills
  • Solid MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams skills (or ability and willingness to learn quickly)
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills
  • Humble and pragmatic


Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of working experience in similar roles, e.g. Project Management or Performance Management Offices, business developer or consultancy, etc.
  • Proficient in English


Other merits include:

  • Ericsson experience (incl. experience with Eridoc, PPM, PROPS)
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Automation & AI
  • Swedish language proficiency is a plus (but not a requirement)
