Advanced Analytics Delivery Lead

About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a Delivery Lead to build and ensure we bring to bear advanced analytics techniques to automate decision making support, focusing on exception handling and predictive insights. Our goal is to implement and deploy Analytics at scale to create customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. An example of one of our main focus areas is Digital Twin a virtual supply chain replica that consists of hundreds of assets, warehouses, logistics and inventory positions. Using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, the digital twin simulates the supply chain’s performance, including all the complexity that drives value loss and risks.
What you will do
- Accelerate Deployment of Advanced Analytics across Group Supply
- Collaborate with the different Global Business and Market Areas (MANA, MNEA, MOAI, APAC, MELA)
- Work in a cross functional set up and collaborate with Ericsson’s Centralized IT
- Create the Sophisticated Analytics Roadmap and report to Leadership on achievements.
- Develop new capabilities based on advanced analytics techniques
- Host or Supports development of digital proficiencies needed to secure digital abilities across group supply
- Drive the supply process to fulfil customer orders and deliver products in a cost efficient way to our customers on time
- Optimize the E2E process from suppliers to customers.
- Ensure the Line Managers Supply understands customer needs and acts with a comprehensive view to bring order to cash
- Ensure supply execution
- Apply the supply strategy
- Implement the supply processes
To be successful in the role you must have
- Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in Leading Business Analytics Specialist, BI Experts
- Experience in BI Tools like QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI and Out Systems
- Worked in cross-functional setup
- Roadmap and Budget responsibility
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and analytics strategy execution
- Bonus if you have Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
- Proven leadership behavior
- The interest and desire to lead people
