As People Head, you will lead a People Leadership team consisting of Head of Peoples’ and Business Partners in a global organization and deliver great results to the business. You will provide experienced advice and coaching to senior leaders with your strong communication skills and your excellent leadership capabilities. You will use your business understanding to develop clear, measurable steps in business projects and HR deliveries. We are in a rapid transformation where digitalization and new ways of doing HR will be key for the future.



What you will do

  • Understand the Group Supply’s strategic direction, challenges, opportunities, and geographic characteristics and translate it into an effective and modern people agenda and activities.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of People strategic priorities for BNEW.
  • Proactively support the Head of Group Supply and serve as credible, trusted advisor to provide solutions and recommendations to drive business and cultural change.
  • Drive People Agenda in Group Supply, leading People activities including, but not limited to, talent management, workforce and succession planning, diversity & inclusion, competence development, learning and development programs, compensation practices, change management initiatives and employee communications.
  • Coach and build solid relationships with the Group Supply Leadership Team, as well as being an integral part of the same.
  • Mentor, lead and develop the team of highly capable People Business Partners and People Heads of our Supply Production Sites.
  • Partner with the business and leadership team to drive and support the digital transformation within the function.
  • Support the identification and development of critical skills & competences with appropriate initiatives, re & upskilling programs to meet future business demands. helping to identify and building the talent and skills required for our business success, short and long term


You will bring

You have a strong inner passion and drive with a great interest of translating business opportunities into people related activities. You have experience from and ability to drive transformation and change at bigger scale. Strong leadership skills with the ability of leading leaders, leading virtually and to engage, inspire and influence people. Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy and ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and used to drive strategic HR initiatives in a global environment. You are result oriented and execute with high speed and interested in market trends and have an innovative approach as well as foster a continuous learning environment.

You should have a proven experience in the full range of HR functional areas. You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field. Fluent in English. You will be part of BNEW´s People leadership team and report to Head of People Networks

The position is based in Kista, Sweden and this is a 12-15 month temporary position due to maternity leave.
