Key Value Database AG is an Application Development Platform (ADP) generic service that any application can utilize to manage data in a key-value database cluster. Using Apache Geode as backend, KVDB AG provides DBaaS capability on top of Kubernetes which enables applications to store, retrieve, update, or delete a record using a key that uniquely identifies the record.


We are looking for a KVDB AG Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum teams.

 

You would be part of technology shift towards 5G and would everyday contribute to making great ideas into reality for people around the world.

 

As a member of our team, you will:

 

  • Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
  • Manage the product development team to create a strong and high-quality end product
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria, set Sprint goals
  • Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
  • Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
  • Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software development activities
  • Own the product roadmap
  • Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
  • Schedule and facilitate agile scrum ceremonies 
  • Represent team in front of stakeholders and customers

 

Ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a track record of shipping software on time
  • Passion for planning and flexibility in accommodation to unexpected changes
  • Good communication skills, ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Solid understanding of Agile values and vision about organizational deployment of Lean principles
  • University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science Engineering, or similar faculty
  • Fluent in English
  • Croatian citizenship or work permit for Croatia

KVDB AG Product Owner position is open in Split/Croatia. Candidates will be evaluated and contacted only if they pass initial CV screening.
