CCES Customer support engineer (M/F) - Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka

 

CCES (Cloud Core Exposure Server) is a commercial realization of the 3GPP Network Function NEF.

It builds on programmability of 5GC (SBA/MSA/CNA), expose network capabilities and structured data from 5G Core domain, to enable automated control loops for different use cases, thereby creating new revenue streams for the operator.
CCES is fully developed based on Cloud Native principles, with a software architecture based on micro service technology and deployable on containers.

Responsibilities:


•    Perform Trouble Shooting for customer issues
•    Handle customer service requests (CSR) according to Working Level Agreement
•    Handle 24/7 emergency support on a roster
•    Troubleshoot customer issues both in the lab and in live networks as well as remotely and in the field
•    Register and follow up Trouble Reports
•    Perform verification activities
•    Collect user feedback and prepare service preparation documentation

 

Key Qualifications:


•    Curious and positive mindset
•    Team player with high stress tolerance
•    Very good troubleshooting and verification testing skills
•    BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
•    Proficient in both oral and written English. 
•    Strong technical background in IP networking solutions

 

Additional Requirements:


•    Good capability in negotiating technical matters with customers
•    Availability to work outside working hours, nights, and weekends in a periodic roster
•    Basic Linux knowledge
•    Familiar with Microservice, Container, and Kubernetes technology
•    Familiar with Helm - Package Management Tool
•    Familiar with MSA (Microservice Architecture) is plus
