Transport Planner

About this opportunity
The Transport Planner job role is responsible for transport management and delivery for customer orders. We are looking for a person who will plan, coordinate, and support transport and delivery management for the MMEA region. The position is a tactical role which is responsible to secure logistics solutions to enable simplified customer deliveries. You will co-ordinate with distribution management and local order delivery managers to maintain a robust delivery execution with responsibilities to further develop and support improvements for the delivery process.
What you will do
- Develop delivery plans in agreement with MA Supply and Ericsson Supply Hubs
- Analyze and mitigate potential risks in the delivery chain and close gaps
- Secure 100% Clarification of delivery flow and LSP confirmations
- Track supply delivery plan activities and achievements
- Analyze and take corrective actions on deviations
- Receive, validate and handle customer concerns
- Review business impact for the issue and take action
- Manage changes request within the delivery scope
- Secure Proof of Delivery (PoD)
- Manage and follow up actual supply related assignment cost, invoicing review, and approval submissions
- Support Logistic Service Provider (LSP) performance review and governance
What you will bring
- Education: Upper Secondary School, University degree in Business Administration or relevant area is preferred
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years
- Knowledge in Logistics
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- System application knowledge (SAP); (TMS)
