NOC Back Office Team Leader

Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Back Office Team Leader in Skopje with previous experience in a Telecomunication environment that will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of OAM activities performed by Back Office team. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do
- Help with Assurance support activities
- Coordinate the resources of the BO team
- Handle incident management
- Assist with Problem management
- Assists in Incident and problem resolution
- Prepare periodical and ad-hock reports
- Planning and executing a knowledge plan
- Assist with Line Manager on team budjet
What you will bring
Bachelor leve, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or minimum 5 years experience working in telecommunication operations
