Ericsson Singapore is growing! As such, we are currently looking for an ICT Program Director/Manager to support projects in our Digital Services business area. To be successful in this role candidates require demonstrated experiencein  leading technical teams and, ideally, will have also led teams through a digitization process.




As program leader:

  • Overall responsibility of full Program including AoS​
  • Extensive external and internal Partner Management
  • Show business awareness and understanding to execute on key priorities.
  • Experience in building robust customer relationships and driving up sales opportunities
  • Managing and driving escalations to resolve issues​
  • Takes decision on the program with delegated authority​


As team lead you will:


  • Leading the team in delivering the project on time and within budget
  • ​Lead team with program goals and possible career paths & performance reviews within the program
  • Provide inputs to career and competence planning
  • Passion for promoting knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Provide performance reviews for team.
  • Identify and act on resourcing needs for Program/Domain.


To be successful in the role you must have


  • University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and executing relevant program/domains in Telecommunications industry
  • Shall possess PMI/relevant technical certifications
  • Proven experience : CORE / 5G / OSS / BSS3rd party supplier’s management experience
  • Have Service Delivery experience or interface experience with Telecom customers
  • Proven practice of customer facing, presentations, engagements and consultative skills.
