Our Exciting Opportunity

The PDU UDM Global Support organization in Shanghai is looking for skilled project manager that are interested in working on new Product Introduction Support, massive Deployment Support, Customer engagement for 4G/5G UDM&Policy&Exposure portfolio. We are seeking talent with a genuine interest in working with introducing our products to the market and provide best support service towards the different regional organizations.

You will

  • Engage in pre-GA and/or post-GA activities to facilitate smooth product introduction and massive roll-out, able to develop and present topics of interest to various audience, ensure “quality of deliverables” are meet relevant stakeholder’s expectations.
  • Lead and manage assigned projects/taskforce proactively, including but not limited to setup support scope, secure the resource, evaluate project risk, etc, deliver right information between Customer Unit/Customer and the PDU.
  • Actively listen to customer voice and make sure customer feedback well understand between customer and PDU, deliver right expectation to customer on behalf of PDU.
  • Explore synergies across different organizations to optimize customer experience.
  • Initiate and drive new ideas to continues improve product quality and E2E efficiency in order to bring bigger value to customer.
  • Summarize experience from different projects, actively organize knowledge sharing sessions to present the learning,
  • Coach team members and provide feedback to line manager.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Strong ability to handle relations and to balance a diplomatic approach while being assertive
  • Experience and good track record as project manager
  • Result oriented way of working with strong customer support background
  • Ability to work and cooperate across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation
  • Ability to travel and face customer directly
  • Previous experience and competence working with UDM products(plus)
