Our Exciting Opportunity

Box and Cloud Automation Tool (BCAT) is developed in the inner-source way. We are mainly responsible for the common and core functionality, following standardization and best practice, as well as evolving architecture. Now more products in other domains have onboarded to BCAT including PCRF and IMS to accelerate and collaborate towards NFVi and Management and Orchestration (MANO) standardization!

We are looking for a strong and passionate cloud deployment operative product owner, capable of operating in an environment of dynamic and fast-moving technologies and trend-shifts.

You will

  • Collect, aggregate, prioritize and analyze product requirements.
  • Break down requirements into the product backlog for both current and future product releases, and ensure all requirements are well supervised.
  • Communicate, coordinate and align with stakeholders across PDUs; actively join BCAT community as well as Solution Program PO community. Also, work with partners in Solution Lines and Customer engagement activities.
  • Act as system engineer when need, providing requirement studies and solution design
  • Closely working with Cross Function Team, ensure requirements are clearly understood and well implemented according to commitments, and actively support team to remove impediments.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Master's degree or equivalence.
  • Domain experience in Packet Core, EPC, 5GC, 3GPP are preferred
  • Product development experience with product lifecycle management knowledge
  • Good business understanding and customer oriented
  • Good skills of structuring, planning and organizing
  • Personality of result oriented, good ability in tracking and ensuring deliveries. Ability in uncertainty management.
  • Good capability in working with people and networking cross culture
  • Ability to innovate, to lead for changing and be highly self-motivated
