Our Outstanding Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Financial Customer Project Manager (CPM) to perform the MANAGEMENT CONTROL OFFICE, to lead financial assigned customer projects, securing financial project goals met, internal targets, and customer’s expectations fulfilled.

The MCO function is accountable to provide the Network Program Director (NPD) and if needed project assignment Execution Accountable (CPM) with the key support to perform Financial Governance and Reporting activities with quality and ensuring the best possible results.

All of these while working in outstanding teamwork setting with the Head of PMO in South America.

You will

  • Collaborate in the Program Financial Forecast validation as well as actively finding opportunities and risks.
  • Consolidation and support to validate the Services Budget inputs and associated Resource Forecast from the delivery units.
  • Actively monthly follow-up identifying risks and deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Program HW Management Process Implementation and control.
  • Consolidate and validate, collaborating with the NPDs and CPMs, of Program Inventory Forecast inputs.
  • Support in the monthly revision of P&L and Balance Sheet estimations.
  • Participate in the definition, deployment, and follow-up of the Monthly CS Cost Control model.
  • Program CFR in Program (C-PAP) Structuring in Global Chronos and FAS EXECUTION ACCOUNTABLE in ONE Entry Form creation ensuring a setup in GC and SAP that facilitates financial clarity.
  • Assistance in the monitoring and comparison of the actual financial performance of the Program
  • Forecast figures and proactively detect deviations, assess the impact, and propose corrective actions.
  • Play part in defining the Program UM Improvement Plan
  • Ensure accurate and timely Revenue Recognition and Billing.
  • Ensure accurate closing of Program in SAP.
  • Ensure accurate handling and storage of information.
  • Support projects in Chile at the beginning, but can support other countries.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent majors.
  • PMP Certificate.
  • Broad experience in Telco Projects Management.
  • Financial insight skills (PNL, balance sheet, inventory, cost recognition, Budgeting).
  • Excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Enterprising approach
  • Coping with pressures and setbacks.
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations.
  • Knowledge and experience with 4G, 5G, LTE, TX, RAN technologies.
  • English and Spanish Languages Fluent Proficiency.
