Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

You will:

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions

  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis

  • Work with core 3 team on list of potential activities and solutions

  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations

  • Support deployment of solution

  • Provide feedback to R&D 

  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing 

  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

  • Define scope of engineering deliverables and create detailed time plan​

  • Engineering new WoW, processes, and instructions. Support Set-Up of Automation Tools to make engineering deliverables, SIR, SID, MDR, BoM, Asbuilt.​​

  • Together with Customer and Project Manager agree on template of deliverable and acceptance criteria and with provider to Ericsson.​

  • Be a technical leader and support of the implementation team about Manuals, normativity. ​

  • Define material forecast based on the time plan and configuration of each scenario site. ​

  • Review the Solution Description vs the Initial BoQ ordered.​

  • Request HW Delta Ordering based on the result of the SS and deviations with the Solution Description.​

  • Validate first BoQ to secure that all HW and Materials are ordered based on the Solution scope.​

To be successful in the role you must have:

  •  Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or similar.
  •  More than 5 years’ experience of coordinating Site Engineering activities
  •  Min years of experience: 8 years
  •  Domain experience: Microwave Tx links (Access Broadband) and RAN (RBS) Site Engineering
  •  Planning and organizational skills for large projects

Additional Requirements:

  • Experiences working with Ericsson Hardware (Minilinks & RBSs) and projects

  • Conversational English skills desirable

  • PMO courses and knowledge desirable
