Our Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales and Support Engineer supporting the Ericsson Wireless Office products. This role will provide technical support to the sales team during Pre and Post sale activities. This role will also serve as the client interface and primary Support Engineer during the implementation. The Tech & Solution Sales Support role is also responsible for solving problems and resolving client issues during the turn up and go live phases.

You will

  • Provide Technical Guidance and support to the Sales team during all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct in-depth technical discussions relating to the Wireless Office Product with the potential customer during pre and post sales phases to ensure overall success.
  • Work directly with the client, Sales, Product and Engineering teams as needed to ensure a smooth/successful go live.
  • Create Statement of Work (SOW) proposals when additional migration/implementation services are required.
  • Perform implementation which will include data migrations, peripheral integration, etc.
  • Train the client on the go forward support process.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field or equlivant experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a computer related field as a sales, implementation or support engineer.
  • Proficient technical knowledge relating to VDI products and solutions on premise and in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Good project management, organizational and leadership skills and ability to train others.
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with U.S. based customers (~25% of the time)
