Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Brazil, Security Operational Manager in the Americas Enterprise Security Operations Center of Excellence, to provide support and advice regarding security and security risk management within a defined operational scope.  Perform complex corporate security investigations. Establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility, including budgets to support the implementation of Ericsson’s Security policies and directives. Establish and manage local / unit governance structures to deal with crisis and security incidents.  Provide a single point of contact for customers, partners and staff for security issues and incidents

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate execution of and follow-up on security strategy, policies & instructions, governance model and frameworks
  • Perform and support complex corporate investigations
  • Security Incident and Crisis Management
  • Managing physical, personnel, travel security program and implementations
  • Identify security risks, recommend appropriate mitigations to local executive management.
  • Support responses to customer and partner requests during sales, and throughout the engagement
  • Support in delivery of security processes in Merger & Acquisitions, Sales, Managed Services & Delivery processes
  • Facilitate and participate in knowledge sharing internally and in relevant industry associations.  
  • Assess security best practices and recommend applicability in the organization

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 10 years of overall experience, minimum 5 years of experience on security area
  • Domain experience: Security
  • Knowledge and experience managing complex corporate investigations, such as fraud, corruption, Code of Business Ethics violations, Conflict of Interest etc.
  • Knowledge, Digital Forensics
  • Knowledge and experience, Incident Management
  • Knowledge and experience, Crisis management
  • Knowledge and experience, managing personnel and travel security and executive protection
  • Knowledge and experience, Physical Security Management, design and implementation
  • Knowledge, Local Laws & Regulations
  • Audit & Assessment Skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge, Sharing and Collaboration Skills
  • Certified or eligible to be, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP, ISC2)
  • Excellent Portuguese, both written and verbal
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
