Our Exciting Opportunity

The vacancy is to supervise the industrial maintenance department for the Operations area of ​SS / SJC, working with a local team in the establishment of the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance routines of the SMA / Modules lines and operating equipment in general, as well as the entire schedule with companies providing specialized services.


  • Supervise the activities of the local maintenance team;
  • Implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance routines;
  • Establishment of maintenance schedules with the Production Planning and Operations area;
  • Creation and control of the area's KPIs;
  • Improvement projects in routines and industrial maintenance processes (Automation, Digitalization, and cost reduction)


  • Graduation: Engineering
  • Proved knowledge in the industrial maintenance area team leadership and SMT/SMA production
  • Behavioral Skills: Leadership / Proactivity / Communication / Resilience
  • Advanced English desirable;
