Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d)

Job Summary: 

We are now looking for a new colleague in the role as a Supply Chain Planner to plan prototype as well as part production and coordinate material in- and out-bound to execute successfully our new product portfolio within a global development and supply network. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Participation in our new products (NPI) project teams 
  • Project planning of materialization and prototype milestones and tracking accordingly. Regular check and balance to secure NPI commitments towards stakeholders 
  • Material in- and outbound control within our ERP system (SAP) 
  • Planning prototype builds in SAP system 
  • Planning, assurance, and coordination the whole NPI-Supply Chain beginning from material delivery in time, incoming inspection, intra logistic for the necessary production capacity until order management for outbound deliveries. 
  • In- and outlet coordination for technical changes during the NPI process 
  • Monitoring relevant Supply KPI’s  
  • Definition and maintenance production relevant master data in SAP 
  • Contribute and support of Process optimize projects as a Supply-Chain expert on a process and ERP prospective

 

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
  • Min 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Planner / Manager
  • Domain experience: supply chain management, logistic
  • Fluent in English and German for business communication in writing and speech
  • IT-experience: MS-Office (especially Excel), SAP
  • Result orientated with strong “customer-first” mentality
  • Proactive problem solving and team orientated mindset
