We are now looking for a committed and motivated Project Manager located in Rosenheim, Germany. In this role you will drive our Antenna development projects across the whole process from first planning and requirements via concepts and prototypes until industrialization. You will ensure our development projects have the right scope, are in time and meet all quality and cost targets.
Our focus is on lean and agile ways of working. We organize in cross-functional development teams where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.
What you will do
- Structuring, planning, monitoring and controlling of complex organizational and technical projects in a national as well as international environment
- Achieving the project cost, quality and schedule goals
- Technical management, coordination and synchronization of the sub-project managers in the diverse sub-projects
- Being the first contact person and representative of the project and making decisions as the first escalation level
- Collaborating with the relevant company and project committees on a regular basis
- Flow optimization, knowledge transfer and learning
You will bring
- A Bachelor or Master´s degree in industrial, electrical, communications or mechanical engineering or an equivalent background
- Demonstrated project management experience in an industrial environment
- Sound project and / or program management knowledge, experienced in the planning, control and implementation of complex development projects
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as an independent, careful, solution-oriented and hands-on working method
- Very good interpersonal, communication and lateral leadership skills
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
- Ability to coach, mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations
- Customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
