Responsibilities:

  • Perception of the role of “Project Quality Manager" in the product development process
  • Development and documentation of decision templates and approval recommendations for quality gates
  • Proactive action and root cause analysis in case of deviations in product and process quality, definition of measures in cooperation with the project teams
  • Continuous monitoring of quality status and process conformity, risk assessment and policy definition for the assigned product range
  • Global coordination of product-specific Q measures throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Definition of product-specific quality concepts, test specifications, control plans, test specifications
  • Statistical analysis of quality data as well as deriving and monitoring of follow-up to sustainable product

Your skills:

  • Completed engineering studies or comparable, technical understanding in electronics, ideally in the field of RF technology
  • Quality training (e.g. ISO 9001, Quality Manager, 6S Green Belt)
  • Professional experience in quality management, ideally in area of development / industrialization
  • Mastering common quality tools and statistical methods
  • Very good handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge as well as knowledge in quality SW (e.g. Minitab) desirable
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English knowledge
