About this exciting opportunity 
Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is providing a complete range of high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices and is an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems.

We are looking for the Head of Supply Chain Management, ensuring the short- and long-term component and finished product availability for our global customers by securing component readiness in our factories. 

You will lead and improve EAS’ worldwide manufacturing and supply chain flow collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an international, cross-functional and increasingly complex environment.

Leading a team of highly skilled and motivated supply chain professionals, this role is reporting to the EAS Head of Operations and will be located in Rosenheim, Germany.

 

What you will do 

  • Secure worldwide product availability by meeting customer requirements
  • Drive capacity and capability planning through end-2-end ownership of the Sales and Operational Planning process beyond your own unit
  • Analyze operational supply chain performance, identify solutions to increase the operational efficiency of business processes and our supply chain output
  • Define and monitor the right set of KPIs to balance availability, cost and quality
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

 

You will bring

  • A Master´s degree in industrial engineering or business administration, with a focus on Supply Chain and/or logistics, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within Operations and / or SCM.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills and experience with mentoring
  • A proactive mindset, able to foresee risk and opportunities and lead change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Analytical and methodical approach, being able to connect 'the dots'
  • Self-motivation, result orientation and customer focus
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are advantageous
  • Willing to travel on an occasional basis

 

We are searching for a highly committed, self-motivated and collaborative supply chain leader. You will continue to develop a diverse team of supply chain planners and foster a close collaboration with the factories, sales, R&D, product management and sourcing teams.
