Electronic Packaging Engineer (m/f/d)

Our Great Opportunity
We are now looking for an experienced electronic packaging engineer to our growing team. We are working on all horizons: from the device technology to the package implementation, from novel designs and architectures to the end module prototype. The Device can cover all applicable power levels and frequency bands used for future mobile narrow band and broadband applications.
You will

- Work with people across multiple fields in radio development

To be successful in the role you must have
- M.Sc. degree within Material Science or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education on a university level
- Preferably at least 5 years’ experience within the relevant technical area
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Experience of the below areas are meritorious:
- Experience of advanced packaging (2.5D/3D Integration)
- Experience of multi-chip integration (e.g. heterogenous integration, MCM)
- Experience of Advanced Substrate (laminate, silicon) and embedded structures (passives, interposers)
- Experience of Thermal simulations (e.g. ANSYS, FlowTherm), and Silicon cooling systems.
- Experience of Advanced PCB technologies
