Agile Customer Project Manager

About this opportunity

We are currently looking for an Agile Customer Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. As an Agile Project Manager, you ensure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract!

What you will do

  • Drive project execution ensuring cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, health, safety, and sustainability. Handle changes, critical issue ensuring the project is carried out speedily, with high quality.
  • Adopt the right approach between Agile and waterfall or a mix of them depending on situation
  • Participate to business development by new opportunities and add-on sales and in pre-sales phase
  • Handle suppliers, Ericsson supply engagement tailoring the best delivery model
  • Lead Projects in a multi-culture environment and an international environment and implement standard methodologies for Agile Project Management
  • Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process
  • Provide support for improving delivery process based on daily experience working with automation department

You will bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
  • PMI or Prince2 certification
  • Agile certification or equivalent is an advantage
  • At-least of 5 years of project management experience in leading roll-out projects as swap technology, optimization, new sites of high complexity
  • At least of 2 years of solid experience on Agile/Scrum methodology applied on Projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of Roll-Out E2E processes including supplier management
  • Agile knowledge, financial skill, and business understanding
  • Good communication (both in Italian and English written and spoken), leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Innovation, digital skills, and proactivity
  • Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery
