Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for an Internal Supply Project Manager to support the business growth in UK and IE. The Project Manager completes projects, programs and project portfolios. The Project Manager also defines the work and takes full responsibility for the planning, execution and conclusion of the project. This person drives project realization according to operational strategies and objectives by using defined methods and tools to secure successful fulfillment of the assignment. This person will assist the Head of Supply Chain to drive improvement project and governance.

You will:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of teams across multiple disciplines to implement efficient process execution
  • Define the Supply work and take responsibility for the planning, execution, resolution and conclusion
  • Ensure process/projects deliver results according to developed and defined objectives
  • Develop material support models supporting solution implementation for supply flow as needed
  • Assist in new or revised design and implementation as dictated by strategy or customer
  • Manage the end-to-end Supply performance in the defined support processes
  • Deliver consultative support for stakeholders in Supply processes and flows and options
  • Collaborate with Ericsson stakeholders, customers and suppliers at all levels of the organization
  • analyse KPI’s & SLA’s measurements for commercial decision making.
  • Supply chain project planning
  • Supervise Project governance frameworks (Processes, Methods and Tools) for customer projects is consistently adhered, including project financials are governed in line with operational execution, adherence to tollgates are followed as well as risk, change management and accurate financial planning/forecast are in place.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within projects, improvement work, operations or other relevant area.
  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Access/Excel/PowerPoint) skills
  • Project Management skills through certification or demonstration helpful
  • Business understanding and ability to make timely fact-based
  • Additional Requirements:

Communication; presentation

  • Data analytics (PowerBI ; Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel
