Europe and LATAM Contractor Safety Programs

Job Summary:

We are now looking for an Occupational Health & Safety Subject Matter Expert, to provide comprehensive Health & Safety (OHS) support for all Europe and LATAM organization, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure contractor compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • You will deploy Contractor OHS Policy and Group Directives
  • Define and execute Contractor OHS program and secure adherence to strategy and targets
  • Coordinate  new EHS tool implementation and ensure effectiveness of the usage. 
  • Support Contractor onboarding, training activities
  • Monitor, control and report Contractor OHS Programs effectiveness and Contractor performance.
  • Provide functional OHS expertise

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: A recognized formal OHS qualification e.g. degree or diploma  (Example Post Grad / Degree and MSc in OHS Health and Safety Management or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or other recognized certification.)
  • Min years of experience (Recruiter to supply)
  • Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
  • Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility skills
  • OHS knowledge and skills
  • Persuading & Influencing
  • Writing & Reporting
  • Analyzing
  • Change & Improvement Management skills
