We are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to be part of our team! Who will ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards one customer account? Be responsible for ensuring end to end operational performance towards agreed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage MS Network Access Ops primary contact for the Client and Ericsson organization, continuously assess Access Operation goals & planning the actions to improve the RAN & Tx Ops target.
  • Redefining the improvements and quality in field service delivery of the circle related to Operation, Coverage & Capacity. Be responsible for the Customer Governance meetings as per guideline.
  • Accountable for Team Passion & Engagement, Proficiency Development & Assessment and be Responsible for Budgeting for service delivery and Cost management.

To be successful in the role one must have

  • Good understanding of Field operations & maintenance activities related to RAN & Backhaul in a large-scale network.
  • Operational Knowledge of Multi-Vendor Access Nodes - Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE Telecom equipment.
  • Behavioral Proficiency: Effective communication & presentation skill. Encouraging & Influencing, Collaborative, Leading & mentoring, Inspires change.
