Process Engineer in Tlaxcala

About this opportunity

We are looking for a process engineer, in this position the candidate will define and ensure the correct sequence of standardized work by defining systems, equipment, tools and consumables within antenna manufacturing and implement new processes whenever vital.

What you will do

As a process engineer, you will:

• Participate in Pre-production phase activities
• Implement processes for the manufacture of antennas
• Drive and coordinate the process introduction of new manufacturing antennas
• Collaborate with Production, Product, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics area for product change over
• Driver for manufacturing process – related issues
• Provide and implement production line tools and equipment’s
• Crate and update process – related documentation
• Participate in product and production verification
• Order equipment, tools, and instruments for new processes
• Calculate consumables and tools according to forecast demand
• Cooperate with equipment suppliers
• Continuously improve production and job-related processes
• Participate in maintenance activities

You will bring

• Mechanic engineering, mechatronics, industrial or similar
• 4 years’ experience in manufacturing processes and/or electronic assemblies is preferred
• Validated ability in manufacturing process flow
• Critical thinking. Innovative ideas, and problem solving
• Lean Manufacturing and Standardized methodologies
• Green Belt
• Knowledge in machinery and tools
• Quality Core tools
• Leadership and team working skills
• English B2
