Ericsson’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a crucial partner in the successful growth of our company, and we are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to join the team! In this role, you will focus on driving the continued evolution and innovation of how recruitment services are delivered to the business, including employer branding, diversity recruitment, and onboarding strategies. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, your thought leadership will be crucial as you collaborate to create new programs and processes that will contribute to the efficiency of the talent acquisition process, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure compliance among the team.

 

Ericsson’s approach to work flexibility is centered around a hybrid environment, working both from home and from our Plano, Texas North American headquarters.

 

What you will do

  • Infuse diversity into all facets of the candidate identification and selection process
  • Get results through close partnership with and management of the RPO vendor
  • Develop and deploy effective tactics to build a compelling employer brand in the U.S. and Canada
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders and People Business Partners to ensure alignment
  • Analyze key recruitment performance measures and SLAs to proactively identify gaps
  • Provide sound TA consultation and recommendations, and instill confidence in our internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that TA policies and practices directionally align with those from our global team, while also representing our regional nuances
  • Identify and break down barriers to recruiting success
  • Manage external partnerships and 3rd party suppliers
  • Design and deploy policies, processes and tools, while effectively managing suppliers and providing consultative input
  • Ensure proper recruitment and onboarding processes are in place that provides a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Demonstrated success in corporate Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a matrixed, global organization
  • Outstanding execution skills with a result-oriented, pragmatic approach
  • Solid understanding of candidate identification and attraction techniques and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking and HR systems
  • Ability to analyze data and develop solutions to impact improvements

 

You may also have

  • Experience in the tech, software and services delivery sector
  • Experience successfully managing in an RPO environment, driving quality hiring and process improvements that impact time to fill
