We are looking for exceptional talent to join our 21-month rotational program as a Supply Chain Specialist and make our amazing company even better.


You will:

  • Engage with senior leaders on opportunities for mission-critical improvements through root cause analysis and visualization of sophisticated data set.
  • Ensure Ericsson meets the growing demands of its customers by delivering the right product at the right place, right time and right quality.
  • Assess supply chain flow challenges and roadblocks, not only recommending a strategy but leading the change execution.
  • Grow your knowledge of our global enterprise through extensive cross-functional collaboration with key Ericsson customers around the world.


You have:

  • Passion for embracing, leading, and driving positive change.
  • Ability to understand granular components of problems, while keeping a broad approach to solutioning.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma.
  • Desire to formulate improvement strategies and effectively execute on and communicate change.
  • Interest and aptitude for groundbreaking technology including 5G.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the Plano, TX area.
  • A Spring 2023 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or other similar learning experiences.


Program Highlights:

Experience three rotations across your choice of supply chain and cross-functional roles as well as two 30-day sprints, both solo and with your RAMP cohort, driving significant business impact in on a rapid timeline. Expand your knowledge through professional development and certification opportunities including Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt, SAFe Agile, and Design Thinking. Gain exposure through extensive mentorship and monthly sessions with key leaders across Ericsson.

Participants will graduate into Supply Chain roles with a significant understanding of Ericsson and the opportunity to explore opportunities both within and outside the US
