Our Exciting Opportunity: 

We are seeking a resource to create and drive Supply Chain Design Performance.  In this role you will create and report Supply Chain Design adherence and governance to drive the Americas Supply Chain Design Team toward successful Supply Chain 4.0 initiatives.  As Ericsson and its customers evolve, the Supply Chain Design Performance specialist will create and drive metrics to anticipate changes in operational performances.  In addition, this position will drive detailed financial analysis and cost models to support business decisions that would affect operational costs.


You will:  

  • Create, maintain and present Supply Chain Design Performance metrics
  • Support the fast-paced changing Supply Chain landscape
  • Actively guide and secure standard methodology
  • Support projects and partners with Supply Chain Design expertise
  • Support development and alignment of Global Supply Chain Processes
  • Participate and drive excellence in reviews, audits, and assessments
  • Identify improvement opportunities


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with SAP
  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge (including Ericsson Operational Model)
  • Complex Cost modeling knowledge and capability
  • Robust Microsoft Office Suite (including Access/Excel/Powerpoint) skills
  • SAP, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with Supply Chain modeling software a plus
  • Management and team working skills
  • Analytical skills and detailed problem solving
  • Background or experience in manufacturing
  • Project Management skills
  • Business understanding
